Department Description

The department named PPU (Project and Process Unit) supports Atradius’ transformation journey in partnership with the whole Atradius organisation, steering business change through innovation and new developments in information technologies and process improvement. Besides portfolio management, the department contains teams for project management, product owners, (business- and process-) analysts and business enterprise architecture. In our organization, we are looking for a Senior Process Designer in the team Process Design & Business Enterprise Architecture.

Job Description

The Senior Process Designer is responsible for designing and improving processes using LEAN methodologies. They utilize innovative technologies in process design where appropriate.

Develop a clear understanding of the current processes. Analyse the efficiency and effectiveness of these processes. Identify areas for improvement and initiate and manage the implementation of these improvements. You will parts of the process improvement initiatives using LEAN as the methodology under guidance of an Expert Process Designer.

Advanced process analyses and process designs LEAN methodologies and principles in process design and improvement (incl. KPIs) Implementation plans / change management strategies (incl. execution) Advisory reports with cost-benefit analyses (business cases) Training material for other colleagues (e.g. junior process designers)
