At CORUS, we are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team on an international project.
Location: Barcelona (1 day at the office – 4 days remote)
You will:• Lead UX/UI design efforts across multiple projects and platforms, from discovery to delivery.• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.• Ensure design consistency and alignment with Zurich’s design system and accessibility standards.• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices.
You should have:• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments.• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and impactful outcomes.• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.• Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG) standards.• Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.• Experience in insurance or financial services is a strong advantage.
