We are looking for a UX DesignOps Associate to join our team in Barcelona supporting our UX Life Science & Healthcare team.
The DesignOps position will be responsible for operational support within our UX team, including managing documentation, accounts, subscriptions, and recruitment communications.
This role is vital to ensuring the team operates efficiently, enabling our designers and researchers to focus on high-impact work.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Recently completed or nearing completion of a recognized UX training program, such as the Google UX Design Professional Certificate, General Assembly UX Bootcamp or CareerFundry UX Program
- 0-1 years of work experience.
- Familiarity with UX design tools and research workflows
- Good oral and written English communications.
It would be great if you also had
- Good organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in administrative or operational roles.
- Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Foundation or knowledge in Life Sciences, such as bioinformatics, pharmacology, or biotechnology
What will you be doing in this role?
- Create and maintain design documentation, ensuring consistency and accessibility for the team.
- Manage accounts and subscriptions for UX tools, facilitating smooth team operations.
- Coordinate recruiting communications, including drafting and sending emails, managing participant scheduling, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Organize research logistics such as participant recruitment, scheduling sessions, and distributing incentives.
- Create and maintain a list of users for testing, acting as a rolodex for quick contact and screening of users.
- Track relationship status with users for Life Sciences & Healthcare products, including coordination with account managers.
- Support team-wide operational initiatives, contributing to streamlined processes and improved efficiency.

Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position for 40 hours a week (35 hours during July and August). The position is hybrid going to our office in Barcelona (next to Sagrada Familia) 2-3 times per week.
