What You’ll Do

• Own visual & product design, creating interfaces that feel effortless.
• Apply design thinking to solve real-world clinical challenges.
• Conduct UX research to build smarter, data-driven user experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers & AI teams to turn concepts into reality.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in product/visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma (prototyping & design systems).
• Strong problem-solving & analytical skills, design is more than aesthetics.
• Knowledge of human-computer interaction, designing for usability & impact.
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills, teamwork fuels innovation.
• Experience in biotech, AI, or healthcare? Even better.
