We’re hiring a Visual Designer to manage our website and support the design needs of the marketing team. You’ll work on landing pages, microsites, campaigns, and sales materials that help us communicate clearly, convert better, and stay consistent as we grow.

We treat the website as a product. It should be fast, clear, and continuously improving. Success in this role means creating designs that scale with the business, support cohesive campaigns, and reflect our brand across all channels. Your work should be informed by performance data and help us improve over time.

This is a practical, focused role. You’ll report to the Marketing Lead and work closely with teammates in content, demand generation, and sales. The website is one of our most important growth channels, and your work will directly shape how we show up to prospects, clients, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain our website as a core part of our marketing efforts
Design new landing pages, microsites, and improve existing ones based on business and user needs
Create visuals for campaigns, events, sales, and product education
Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma
Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets
Create motion graphics and videos for marketing and sales use
Apply performance data and feedback to improve design over time
Follow a structured QA and publishing process

Requirements

Strong experience designing and building in Webflow
Confident working in Figma, including creating and maintaining design systems
Solid experience in B2B SaaS or marketing environments, with a strong understanding of how design supports marketing and sales workflows
A portfolio that shows your ability to design for performance, conversion, and clarity
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
Clear, structured approach to design and execution
Comfortable working independently, managing your own time and priorities
Open to using AI tools to improve speed and workflow
Willing to iterate quickly and improve based on feedback and results
Reliable, consistent, and focused on quality
Based in Spain, with the Spanish working permit in force
