THE ROLE 🖌️

As part of our Branding & Communications team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across all channels. We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can create engaging, high-quality designs for both B2C and B2B audiences, across digital and print formats.

YOU WILL 💻

Design online and offline marketing materials: landing pages, emails, banners, social media assets (organic and paid), flyers, lead magnets and presentations).
Support internal photoshoots by ensuring strong visual direction and brand consistency.
Retouch photographs for use across marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Design limited-edition and seasonal products, such as Advent Calendars.
Collaborate cross-functionally with branding, acquisition, sales, product, and operations teams.
Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, bringing trend awareness and fresh ideas to the table.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, including the use of AI to optimize creative processes.
Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining a strong, cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.

THIS IS YOU ✅

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Design.
You have 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within an in-house marketing or advertising team.
You have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma and a solid understanding of responsive design principles.
You have a strong command of English (spoken and written).
You have a passion for graphic design, with a sharp eye for detail and a constant curiosity for new trends in design, marketing, and communication.
You have the ability to translate marketing concepts into clear, engaging visuals that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
You understand the principles of conversion-driven design and know how to create visuals that not only look great but are optimized to drive clicks, sign-ups, and sales.
You are highly organized and proactive, able to juggle multiple short-term tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
You can work under instruction but are also able to make independent design decisions.

BONUS POINTS IF:

You’re familiar with tools like Active Campaign and Unbounce.
You have knowledge of animation, photography, or video/audio editing software.
You have UX/UI design skills.
