The BTL (Below The Line) Art Specialist is responsible for designing and executing visual materials for non-traditional marketing campaigns. This role focuses on creating visually compelling assets for brand experiences such as activations, events, in-store promotions, and street marketing, always maintaining brand consistency and creative excellence.

Responsabilidades

Design visual assets for BTL campaigns in collaboration with art directors and copywriters.
Develop and adapt graphics for promotional materials such as flyers, displays, packaging, event signage, catalogue, brochure, and activation elements
Prepare artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and quality across physical and digital formats.
Collaborate with production teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure proper execution of visual elements.
Deeply understanding of brand books.
Apply brand guidelines creatively and consistently across various formats.
Revise and refine designs based on internal or client feedback.
Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to BTL marketing.

Cualificaciones

Degree or technical training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
+ 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in BTL environments or creative agencies.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
