Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Digital Experience & Content Marketing Trainee to join its Digital Experience Center of Excellence team in Madrid. This is an exciting opportunity to be part and learn from a multinational team made of digital experts that aims at transforming the way Radisson engages with guests digitally to make their travel experience special, Every Moment Matters.
Reporting to the Manager of Digital Content Marketing, the Digital Experience & Content Marketing Trainee will be part of a team responsible for delivering a top-notch online experience on the ecommerce RadissonHotels.com and Radisson Hotels Mobile App. This role will support the Digital Experience and Content Marketing team in improving the quality of the content on the website and app and support the team in delivering projects to showcase our hotel portfolio in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. This person will additionally support in the execution of the content marketing timeline and work with the digital team to ensure the website and app are looking great for our customers.
The Digital Experience & Content Marketing Trainee will work closely with a diverse group of teams (e.g., Content team, UX, Digital Product Development, Localization Services, Personalization, Food & Beverage, Meetings and Events, Branding) to promote hotel uniqueness and create brand value and drive business to Radisson Hotel Group’s digital products.
Responsibilities
The Digital Experience & Content Marketing Trainee has the responsibility to:
Help the team improve the quality of the content on the pages on our website and app, and leverage the different media and interactive assets available, such as Immersive and 360 content, UGC, videos.Support our team in the delivery of the projects in the content marketing roadmap working on marketing, branding and merchandising initiatives for our web visitors and app users.Ideate and test features and components to enrich the UX on the website and app.Extract and assemble information, conduct analysis and develop reports and presentations.Keep up with the latest editorial and user experience techniques and share best-practice examples with team members.
Requirements/Skills
The Digital Experience & Content Marketing Trainee must possess the following requirements and skills:
Confidence and passion in managing content and creating stories to share.Preferred 1 year of experience working on a website.Strong passion for the digital world and travel industry.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or similar.Critical thinking as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.Preferred basic working knowledge of HTML and any other web tools for content management.High degree of ownership and accountability.Capable of working cross-functionally across teams.Gather and scope out enhancement ideas and requirements.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to gather ideas and feedback from a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.Ability to work with technical staff to communicate issues and suggest improvements.
