In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Learner & Trainer Experience on full-time hours and working from home remotely.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll have a direct impact on shaping the future of our products by being the closest to our users, understanding their desires and what makes them tick, and inspiring them to embark on a learning journey with us. Collaborating with our Innovation department, you will:
Lead all aspects of product design, from customer research and idea validation to creating user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile Uncover key business and customer pain points to design intuitive and efficient user interfaces that deliver delightful experiences Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, creating innovative components while balancing project constraints and engineering capacity Coordinate design documentation and manage the handoff to production, ensuring alignment with project goals and resource availability Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to continuously improve team outcomes Mentor peers and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and operations to enhance design practices, processes, and tools
What You’ll Offer
5+ years of experience in product design, including 3+ years in a product company building in-house, platform-based solutions Strong portfolio showcasing best practices in UX/UI, clean visual design, and user-centered thinking Mastery of Figma and other key design/prototyping tools (e.g., Jira, Adobe CC) Experience designing for B2B environments, with an understanding of complex workflows and business needs Proficiency in creating and maintaining design systems, including scalable components and UI consistency Strong user research and testing skills, with the ability to synthesize insights and apply them to design decisions Excellent communication and collaboration, especially with cross-functional, international stakeholders Ability to balance hands-on design with team support or mentorship, adapting to team needs day-to-day A high level of visual design quality, including illustration, iconography, and brand-aligned aesthetics
