Let’s get in touch.What you’ll be doingCollaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders to define customer and business problemsIdentifying key metrics for each project and taking ownership of their successResearching and delivering insights to support complex company goals, such as expanding into new markets or launching new featuresFacilitating guerrilla and customer testing sessions to validate assumptions and iterate quicklyDesigning simple, elegant product solutions end to end—from wireframes to final prototypes—paying attention to every detailWorking with tech teams to implement solutions and present actions during design reviewsReviewing release performance, extracting learnings, and proposing improvementsStandardization through evolving and maintaining a design systemWhat you’ll need3+ years of experience designing complex commercial apps in-houseThe ability to think strategically about product direction and articulate design decisionsFamiliarity with technical implications of design (comfortable discussing feasibility with engineers)A self-directed mindset, owning the design process within a development teamHigh UX focus and understanding of human behaviorStrong visual design sense (typography, grids)A love for problem-solving and the willingness to be challengedTwo-day office workNice to haveBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical fieldBasic programming skills to create simple prototypesExperience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systemsExperience in a fast-paced startup environmentReady to shape the future of fintech design with us?Send your application (CV + portfolio) to ******.
