About The Role
Developing and realizing interdisciplinary design conceptsDevelop a brand/project‘s design consistently across different mediaInterdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues from strategy, creation, production and management of external partnersUtilize HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices to create and code interactive experiences for email.Develop/modify email templates and existing campaigns.Contribute to the continued modernization and evolution of the brand.Apply the best practices in email development.Ensure identical rendering across browsers, ESPs, and devices.Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues.
About You
Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and FigmaWorking knowledge of Canva and MailChimp; eager to learn new tools as neededStrong foundation in HTML/CSS with email-specific coding experienceProficient in responsive email design and front-end developmentExperience with Google Ad Display formats and understanding of website builders3+ years of proven experience in CRM designAbility to adapt to and work across multiple brand guidelinesSkilled at interpreting design briefs and copy to bring creative concepts to lifeCollaborative team player with a strong ability to work independentlyExperience managing projects through the full lifecycle—from concept to deliveryDemonstrated ability to deliver work within defined scope, timeline, and budgetStrong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness in problem-solvingFluent in Spanish; advanced proficiency in English
