🌟 Your Mission
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll turn complex challenges into intuitive, user-centered solutions. You’ll combine data, research, and design expertise to shape the future of our digital products, ensuring a seamless experience across platforms and user types.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze stakeholder and user needs to identify product opportunities.
- Understand and leverage product metrics across the funnel to support design decisions.
- Lead research efforts using qualitative and quantitative methods during project kickoffs and iterations.
- Translate research insights into clear, user-focused design solutions that align with product and business strategies.
- Create wireframes, user flows, UX proposals, and visual mockups tailored to the project’s timeline and scope.
- Validate design hypotheses with real users through usability testing, interviews, or other research tools.
- Deliver high-fidelity designs in Figma, ensuring accessibility and adherence to style guides.
- Prepare dev-ready assets, including responsive behaviours, transitions, and interactions.
- Contribute to and maintain our design systems in collaboration with the Product Design and Front-End teams.
- Present your proposals clearly to stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating fast.
- Define and track post-launch metrics to evaluate design impact.
✅ What You’ll Bring
Must-have:
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
- Experience with user-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
- Autonomy, ownership, and the ability to drive projects from concept to delivery.
Nice-to-have:
- Tools: UserTesting, Maze, Cursor, v0.
- Experience with UX writing, generative AI tools, and design systems.
- Deep knowledge of research techniques and user testing strategies.
- Native or bilingual Spanish + C1 level English.
- 6+ years of experience in similar roles and environments.
- Degree or Master’s in UX/UI, Product Design, or related fields.
