We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Designer to join our team in Barcelona.
The role 🧐
This is a creative and strategic role for a passionate Product Designer who thrives across the full design process, from analysis to implementation. You will shape every stage of product definition, ideation, and delivery, creating experiences that are both meaningful and effective.
UX Research & Validation: Conduct and support user interviews, define hypotheses, and analyze usability tests to uncover insights and pain points that inform meaningful product opportunities.
Design thinking: Identify and explore opportunities by facilitating workshops and collaborative ideation sessions with multidisciplinary teams, aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
UX/UI Design: Design intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging app interfaces in Figma, translating complex concepts into innovative and functional user experiences.
Hand-off: Prepare detailed blueprints and design specifications to support feature development within cross-functional squads, perform UI quality assurance, and contribute to the evolution of the design system..
Data-driven design: Help define key performance indicators and evaluate feature success post-launch to ensure continuous improvement based on real user data.
Product Strategy & Vision: Contribute to defining the product vision and translate it into clear short- and long-term goals.
Product Design Champion: Empower junior designers, support the implementation of effective design processes, and help define a clear and cohesive team vision.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:
Your experience 😍
This role is for you if you have good experience in the following areas:
5 to 6 years of experience designing for apps and web applications
Solid understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines
Proficient in Figma and experienced with design system
Fluent in both English and Spanish or Catalan
Nice to have ☺️
Experience in the mobility sector
Familiarity with agile environments and working within multidisciplinary teams
Background in service design
